To mark the launch of its activities, the Sudan Anti-Corruption Resource Center (SARC), in cooperation with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), and the Development Studies and Research Institute (University of Khartoum), held a webinar on Transparency, Accountability, and Anti-Corruption in Sudan.
This webinar brought together experts and political leaders to examine the urgent need for integrity-focused governance in Sudan. The session introduced SARC, and the rational of its establishment. In addition to its upcoming activities to fight corruption in Sudan. The webinar also explored the roots and impact of corruption in the country, highlighted ongoing efforts by the dismantling committee of the June 1989 regime, and discussed practical strategies and global experiences to strengthen transparency and public accountability.
